Your account

Signing in

You need an account to download. One email address is one account, and you are responsible for the email inbox that receives your sign-in codes.

Leaving

Delete your account from your account page at any time, without asking us. What that removes is set out on the Privacy page.

When we would close an account

If somebody redistributes our files or uses the site to harm other people, we close the account. We would rather explain the rule first, so expect an email before anything happens.

The files

What you may do with them

The License page is the agreement, and every zip carries the same terms in its LICENSE.txt. The one rule with no exception is that you sell or give away what you make, never the file itself.

What we still own

The artwork, the designs, and this site remain ours. Downloading a file gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.

What is free today

Every design on the site is free to download with an account. We may charge for new designs later. Anything you have already downloaded stays yours on the terms you downloaded it under.

What we promise, and what we do not

If a file is wrong, tell us

A file that will not open, a cut that comes out wrong, a name that will not fit — write to us and we fix it. That is the promise worth making, and we mean it.

Check your settings before you cut

Machines, materials, and settings vary. Run a test on scrap before you commit good material. We cannot be responsible for wasted material, a damaged machine, or an injury from using a laser or a cutter.

The site may be down sometimes

We do not guarantee the site is always available, and we may change or remove designs. Files already on your computer are not affected by either.

Changes and questions

If these terms change

We update this page when they do. A change that matters to you — anything about price, licensing, or your data — gets an email, not a quiet edit.
